# Team collaboration

VoiceCheap teams let one subscription owner share project work and minutes with teammates.

## What team members can do

Team members can collaborate on projects and use the minutes available to the team owner, subject to the team’s plan and permissions.

## Current team model

* subscription owners can invite teammates
* team members can work inside shared projects
* usage is billed against the team owner’s available minutes
* some settings stay owner-controlled

## Important ownership rules

Team guests can collaborate, but these areas remain owner-controlled or effectively owner-scoped:

* glossary editing
* some billing and limit decisions
* channel-level ownership for connected social accounts

## Team size

Team size depends on the subscription tier. Higher plans support more guests.
