None of the cloned voices in the videos are used or recorded for any purposes. All cloned voices are deleted once the video has been translated. The only exception is if you create a custom voice; in this case, the voice is stored by our partner ElevenLabs and will never be used for anything else.

Our partner ElevenLabs does not use the voices to train any AI model. They remain strictly private.

• Update video metadata, including titles, descriptions, and thumbnails

For videos designated as Made for Kids, we ensure compliance with applicable children privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR. We do not collect personal information or engage in personalized advertising for these videos.

We do not encourage, enable, or require users to engage in any activities that violate YouTube terms, such as artificial inflation of video views or engagement metrics.

All content generated through the VoiceCheap platform is owned exclusively by the user who created it. The user retains all intellectual property rights over this content and may exploit, modify, distribute, or delete it as desired. We commit to processing these requests promptly and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Please note that certain payment-related data will be retained by our partner Stripe due to legal obligations.

Certain user videos may be viewed by an authorized member of the VoiceCheap team strictly in a private context. No videos are shared with any third party; all video reviews are conducted exclusively internally.
