The client
Robert Greene is the author of internationally bestselling books including The 48 Laws of Power and Mastery. His YouTube channel extends that work to a global audience, much of which does not watch English-language content.
The challenge
His books already exist in dozens of languages, but the channel only spoke English. Traditional studio dubbing is too slow and too expensive for a YouTube publishing cadence, and a generic synthetic voice would have broken what makes the channel valuable: the author's voice.
The approach
Episodes are handled on an ongoing basis: transcription, translation adapted to speech, dubbing in the author's cloned voice and upload-ready versions for each localized channel.
The results
